These Terms and Conditions apply to the entire contents of the website under the domain name Honeyrose.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous Terms and Conditions. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with all our policies regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The updated version will be put on the Website and you will then be bound by the updated version. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website are owned by Honeyrose Products Ltd.
Before proceeding with an order you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
Use of extracts from this website is prohibited unless prior permission is received in writing from Honeyrose Products Ltd. Honeyrose and Honeyrose London are registered trade marks. Anyone wishing to reproduce any part of the website or our trade marks must first obtain written permission from Honeyrose Products Ltd.
We will make every effort to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day but we shall not be liable if for any reason it is unavailable at any time, for any period or for any reason technical or otherwise beyond our control. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. We may make changes to the products and prices on this Website at any time. We reserve the right to apply discount codes, voucher codes and promotions to products of our choice. These offers can change or be cancelled at any time without notice.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses at the price shown. You will be notified of this when we receive your order. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All items are subject to stock availability.
When we deliver your items to you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods, please go to our returns policy for further information on how to do this.
Honeyrose Products Ltd accept no responsibility for any death, illness, sickness, incapacity to work or any other occurrence or financial expense to either the customer, any other person, animal or article caused by, or incurred as a result of use of, any item purchased from Honeyrose Products Ltd. Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English law and, irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any other company without your permission. All information received from you will be kept completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party. Honeyrose Products Ltd may contact you by e-mail or post from time to time with details of other products or services available from Honeyrose Products Limited.
We process personal data only in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and associated legislation.
Paying online is simple, we accept PayPal and Visa, Visa Electron, Switch/Solo and MasterCard through Sage pay. If you are paying by credit card there is a 2% surcharge. We cannot accept Maestro or American Express.
If you wish to place an order and pay by cheque or postal order then please contact us. Cheques should be made payable to Honeyrose Products Limited and sent with clear delivery instructions and a contact telephone number.
When is my credit card debited?
Your card will normally be debited when the goods are ordered. If certain items in your order are out of stock we will contact you and you can either have the goods sent when they are in stock or we can refund the amount to your card. We are also able to cancel or refund individual items of your order should this become necessary.
If the goods ordered are dispatched to an address other than the address that the card is registered to we will not accept any responsibility for loss of goods for whatever reason.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back to your card. Payments will be refunded to the card used to purchase the goods.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Honeyrose Products Ltd reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion. However, if we do refuse your order, we may tell you our reasons.
Acknowledgement of Orders
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail. Acknowledgement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. It is simply a confirmation to you that the order has been received.
What if I do not receive my goods?
Please wait 7 days if you are in the UK or 14 days if you are overseas. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us at 0044 (0) 1473 467949 with your order number to hand. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In placing an order, you are confirming the following statements: “I am 18 years of age or older. I believe I am permitted by law to receive these products in my country for my own personal use, which is the basis on which I am purchasing the products. I understand that I will be liable for any local country or state taxes, should these arise.”
If the goods we supply are defective, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving them, we will accept the return of the products and will either replace the product or refund you the purchase price, at your option. If we charged you a shipping cost, we will reimburse that too or supply the replacement without any shipping charge.
If you are not satisfied with the goods – for any reason – provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept their return (unopened and unused) and we will credit you the purchase price of the goods within 30 days of their return. You will be responsible for paying all postage costs.
Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these provisions. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
