If the goods we supply are defective, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return of the products and will either replace the product or refund you the purchase price, at your option. If we charged you a shipping cost, we will reimburse that too or supply the replacement without any shipping charge.
If you are not satisfied with the goods – for any reason – provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept their return (unopened and unused) and we will credit you the purchase price of the goods within 30 days of their return. You will be responsible for paying all postage costs.
Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these provisions. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
